Wine Club Members must complete & sign the Membership Joining Form attached to the current Wine Club Brochure.
Only one OAKVALE PRIVILEGE CARD is supplied per Membership.
The OAKVALE PRIVILEGE CARD is non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash.
Privileges & benefits are subject to change without notice. The current list of participating businesses is available at www.oakvalewines.com.au, by emailing wineclub@oakvalewines.com.au or by scanning the QR code on the OAKVALE PRIVILEGE CARD.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the OAKVALE PRIVILEGE CARD is recognised at participating businesses, Oakvale is not responsible for any failure to do so, or from any damages arising from use of card.
If you wish to change personal details, cancel your membership or do not wish to receive any marketing material from Oakvale please advise via wineclub@oakvalewines.com.au
