Oakvale Wines is a boutique wine producer and retailer that, in its normal course of business, collects information from customers. Oakvale is committed to the protection of your privacy and aim’s to ensure the information provided to us is handled sensitively, securely and in a confidential manner.

When emailing Oakvale, or completing an online order or promotional form, you accept that the information you supply may be stored in our database and that the information is submitted on the basis that Oakvale, its employees or contractors, may use the information for internal research, marketing and compilation of databases.

Unless requested otherwise, Oakvale may use the information you provide to send newsletters, invitations, details of upcoming events, promotional offers and other information.

Specific personal information is not transmitted to third parties unless otherwise agreed by the party submitting the information, or as required by law. Where statistical information is to be provided to third parties or government agencies it is sanitised or depersonalised to safeguard information and ensure confidentiality.
