2018 Limited Release Chardonnay Magnum 1.5L
The fruit was sourced and handpicked in the early hours of the morning from our outstanding Ablington Vineyard. It was pressed straight to barrel and allowed to ferment using the native yeast of the vineyard, helping to add complexity to the wine. Aged for 8 months on lees in new and old French oak barriques. The wine is elegant, rounded, creamy and toasty. Only 100 magnums bottled!
