As a member, you will be sent out a reminder email every six months from your sign-up date asking you to select your 12 wines. You can choose any combination of available wines to go in your pack. Changes to your club pack can be made online at www.oakvalewines.com.au or by emailing the team at email@example.com. The reminder email is automatically generated and will be sent to you regardless of your purchase history.
Payment for your club pack will be automatically processed on your pack due date. The due date will be provided to you in the reminder email. You must select your 12 bottles within the designated time period from the date the email is sent or your pre-selected default pack will be charged to your credit card on file and dispatched to your address. The default pack will be made up of a selection of wines based on your purchase history.
The minimum Membership commitment is a period of 12 months with a minimum purchase of 2 packs, 12 bottles per pack; this will be automatically renewed at the end of each 12 month period for a further term of 12 months.
Cancellation of your wine club can be made online or sent through via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation will only be accepted after the initial 12 month period or on fulfillment of your 2 club packs. If your membership is cancelled before the 12 month period, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is equal to the total discount received on purchases as part of the club membership in addition to freight charges.
